Human Resources Services Manager - Code: HRSM-GPO

* Working location: 62 Yen Phu, Ba Dinh, Hanoi

* Package: Negotiable.

* Priority:

- Excellent English.

- 10 years experiences (3 years in the same position)

* Industry: Human resource service.

*Job description:

  • Recruiting and training staff members for HR Service Department in accordance with the process and regulations of the company;
  • Implementing human resources services for customers: follow-up and manage service performance according to Company process &regulations;
  • Managing staff monthly KPIs;
  • Customers service implementation with frequent client’s connection, report and solution propose to improve services;
  • Quarterly review performance of clients’ attracting channel then, report to Sales Department to improve sale performance;
  • Measure customer satisfaction twice a year. Report the results to BOD;
  • Perform other arising tasks according to the actual situation and the assignment of directorate.


Job Requirements

* Request:

  • University degree or higher, at least 10 years of experience in the field of service and human resource management, of which 3 years in a managerial position or higher;
  • Male / female, over 30 years old;
  • Ability to work under high pressure;
  • Be patient, careful, proactive and creative at work;
  • Have a high sense of responsibility, ability to work independently;
  • Management skills, problem assessment;
  • Computer skills for work (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms. Powerpoint, ...);
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills;
  • Good communication skills; Good networking skills, work management and teamwork;
  • Discipline with the Company's rules and regulations.-Being honest, careful, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work
  • Excellent English (both written and spoken).
