Follow-up with inbound customer's requests from Website, Calls
Guide customers to use Abivin vRoute software system, take note of customer's requirements
Cooperate with Product team to support customers successfully use the system
Keep track of customer funnel on CRM and generate weekly customer support report
Generate leads and reach out to introduce Abivin vRoute solution
Other tasks as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in customer support, sales, business analyst, or software company is preferred
English proficiency (Min: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Expert in handling the customers' issues, and strongly motivated to create values to customers
Persistent, self-motivated, and hungry to learn new things
Good teamwork, organization and planning skills
