Job Description

  • Follow-up with inbound customer's requests from Website, Calls
  • Guide customers to use Abivin vRoute software system, take note of customer's requirements
  • Cooperate with Product team to support customers successfully use the system 
  • Keep track of customer funnel on CRM and generate weekly customer support report
  • Generate leads and reach out to introduce Abivin vRoute solution
  • Other tasks as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in customer support, sales, business analyst, or software company is preferred
  • English proficiency (Min: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Expert in handling the customers' issues, and strongly motivated to create values to customers
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and hungry to learn new things
  • Good teamwork, organization and planning skills
