Job Description

-  Supervise customer system of the company, plan to take care of customers and create relationship with customers

-     Establish and develop relationship with  new customers, maintain relationship the current customers.

-    Take charge direct customers, receive feedback from customers about policy, produce and propose ideas related to creating product/solution to meet customers’ need.

-    Collect, consolidate and manage customers information in correct and timely manner

-    Keep track and evaluate the current situation to propose recommendation for General Director

-    Update information about company’s policy, product for customers

Job Requirements

-    Have at least 5 years experience in the similar position

-    Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing

-    Have good interpersonal, presentation skills

-    Problem-solving and teamwork skills

-    Work with enthusiasm and responsibility

-    Have the ability to handle stress and organize work

-    Have the ability to build and maintain relationship with customers
