Job Description

Summary

The Marcom Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing campaigns for the Alba Hospitality: building and implementing marketing plan and strategy on in all Alba properties, ensuring the smooth operations of all Alba Hospitality communication activities, supporting Operation and Sales activities and control cost

Report to: Marcom Director

Main responsibilities

1, Develop strategic planning for Alba Hospitality

  • Analyze market, customer behavior & lifestyle, market trend, media landscape… to identify potential opportunities
  • Guide and work with team members in building annual/monthly planning together with operation, sales and management/owner
  • Control expenses within allocated budget

2, Manage Marcom activities for Alba products/services

  • Direct and manage execution of all Alba Hospitality & Alba mineral water communication activities, ensure deadlines are met and work quality is maintained
  • Daily supervision, evaluation and motivation of team members
  • Analyze and make monthly reports on customer/competitor/performance data

3, Manage Customer Relationship

  • Nourish the relationship with  Alba Hospitality & Alba Mineral Water
  • Support Marcom Director in searching new potential clients and execute external clients’ projects (if assigned)

4, Other tasks as assigned by the HOD

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication or related fields, preferably in Hospitality.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing field, 2 years at the same position.
  • Eager to learn and move forward. Have the potential to develop.
  • Excellent communication skill. Persuasion skill is appreciated.
  • Experience in international working environment
  • Fluent in English. Knowing French is a plus.
