Participating in procedure to solve any problem related to labor relation.
Preparing periodically report to Labor management offices. Take care the relevant issues of Labor Report. Responsible for social insurance, health insurance for employees included monthly report.
Organize the team building to promote and motivate the spirit of employees to maintain and develop culture and core values of company.
Composing announcement, decision paper of director about reward, increase salary.
Plan and manage HR budget. Settle all another HR issues. Report to Director.
University degree in Human resources, Legal, Law, Business Administration or relevant fields;
At least 2 years of human resources and administration experiences;
Thorough understanding of HR managements, Social insurance, Health care, Vietnam labor law,...
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Strong organization, coordination & planning skills;
Good analysis, ability to learn and adapt; Good leadership and people management;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel must be in fluent level)
