Job Description

  • Managing job posting, select qualify candidate CV, book interview time with candidates, 1st interview or prepare test exam, salary negotiation and arrange interview schedule.
  • Informing successful applicants, prepare offer letters.
  • Monitor, update, and manage HR profile and list of company employees.
  • Supporting new staffs when they have any questions about company’s rules and regulations.
  • Preparing labor contract for new hires when they pass probation period.
  • Reporting monthly timesheet for payroll calculations. Keep track of employee’s monthly attendance & absent, annual leave record on monthly report.
  • Calculating monthly payroll, overtime salary, benefit, rewarding.
  • Organizing annual vacation, staff parties, company parties.
  • Define and implement overall recruitment strategy, implement initiatives to acquire top talents for the company;
  • Pro-activelyanalyzerequirementsand resource needs, advise or implement proper strategy and plan, give timely guidance to the team, find best solutions to address hiring challenges effectively and to reach the targets;
  • Participating in procedure to solve any problem related to labor relation.
  • Preparing periodically report to Labor management offices. Take care the relevant issues of Labor Report. Responsible for social insurance, health insurance for employees included monthly report.
  • Organize the team building to promote and motivate the spirit of employees to maintain and develop culture and core values of company.
  • Composing announcement, decision paper of director about reward, increase salary.
  • Plan and manage HR budget. Settle all another HR issues. Report to Director.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Human resources, Legal, Law, Business Administration or relevant fields;
  • At least 2 years of human resources and administration experiences;
  • Thorough understanding of HR managements, Social insurance, Health care, Vietnam labor law,...
  • Strong recruiting skills (composing job description, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Strong organization, coordination & planning skills;
  • Good analysis, ability to learn and adapt; Good leadership and people management;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel must be in fluent level)
