Job Description

  • Developing business plans and sale strategies in the market ensuring to attain the company’s sales goals and profitability
  • Responsible for the performance and development of new products as technical, design, quality…
  • Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Providing monthly reports to senior management regarding sales, marketing and performance
  • Providing timely accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Providing timely checking, planning, approval on all technical drawings, tooling orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
  • Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Recruiting, training, testing, and hiring staff based on criteria agreed upon by senior management       

 

Relationships and Roles

 

  • Insuring all Sales meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Delegate’s authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up
  • Setting examples for staff in department of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
  • Conducting regular coaching and counseling with Sales to build motivation and selling skills
  • Maintaining the contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of mechanical engineering or related to
  • Knowledgeable in the field of manufacturing industrial packaging is advantages
  • At least 5 years experience in sale engineering position, design and technical
  • At least 03 years experience in manager position
  • Advanced in Computer (MS Office, Internet and S.A.P), proficient in AutoCAD software & Solid Works is requirement
  • Fluent English in both of verbal and non-verbal is a must (Level C or higher), Japanese skill is highly advantage
  • Good communication, management, negotiation and inter-personal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in another team of professionals
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Knowledge of ISO systems is an advantage
