Job Description

  • Warmly welcome visitors/clients
  • Receive incoming phone calls and making phone calls as required
  • Assist the Branch Manager in all secretarial work and reports
  • Schedule the meeting appointments for Branch Manager
  • Provide admin. related work and office general affairs of purchasing, bill payments, repair & maintenance services and time-keeping, etc.
  • Arrange the business travel trips for Branch Manager and staff
  • Perform other work assigned by the Branch Manager

Job Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication in English both spoken and written.
  • Highly responsible person with accountability.
  • Preferable to have experience in administration work
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet expected deadlines
  • Able to work under own initiative with little supervision.
  • Able to work over time when needed.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skill, pleasant personality
