Job Description

Reports to: Sales Director - Spec & Project Sales
•    Mainly work with Developer/Owner, Main Cons, Key installers/applicators in South VN to do spec and deliver sales (through sample, docs, test, pricing submission, products/system presentation) to hit assigned volume
•    Directly work or join with distributors to deliver and secure volume in coordination with our current project sales team
•    Update the Tracking Data Base in Project Pipeline with detailed status.
•    Prepare monthly/quarterly sales FC to Sales Director, be responsible for volume.
•    Conduct small seminars/call visit and sell Ceiling tile system to project customers
•    Identify customer development opportunities and propose customer development program
•    Fully support Marketing and technical team to roll out value added service program to build relationship/loyalty with Developer/Owner, Main Cons, key installers/applicators
•    Identify and support the commercial drivers of the customers and to be perceived as adding value to its customers in a professional way
•    Support North and South Project Sales teams and Department Head in developing short and long term ceiling tile sales plan

Job Requirements

  •  Male or female
    •    Commercial or Civil engineer with 3-5 years experience in building materials business
    •    Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
    •    Good computer skills – PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
    •    Broad overview of technical and building materials knowledge
    •    Well organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
    •    Highly self motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
    •    Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
    •    Be initiative and pro-active
    •    English (written and oral)
    •    Smart, mature attitude – able to represent company externally
    •    Good interpersonal relationship skills
    •    Result oriented
    •    Exposure to international companies is preferable.
    Key Interfaces
    •    Mainly with Spec, Project Sales, Marketing, Retail Sales and some certain level with Supply Chain
    •    Mainly Sales volume and pricing
