Job Description

Sales Support is the first point of contact for the account managers and customers. You offer support and are the source of information which enables you to be a valuable addition to the entire sales process and company growth. Also you are responsible for the order process and make sure that it runs smoothly. This contains order entry, transport coordination and take care of shipment- and customs documents.
Work together with: Account managers, Financial administration, Operations manager, Planner and Marketing department.

Main Responsibilities
• Acquisition of customers
• Makes quotations and is responsible for the follow up together with the account manager
• Follow up on the order process
• Contributes to marketing activities in cooperation with account manager and marketing department at our head office in the Netherlands
• Handles complaints together with our QA department
• Receives orders and enters the orders in our SAP system
• Takes care of shipment- and customs documents

Job Requirements

Education and knowledge
• Bachelor degree of Business is required
• 1-2 years working experience in export and/or international business
• Perfect in the English language spoken and in writing.
• Preferably knowledge of the Chinese language (Mandarin)
• Knowledge of logistics preferably Export
• Knowledge of sales and marketing

• Accurate
• Pro-active
• Creative
• Able to communicate on all management levels.
