Job Description

  • Monitor the showroom, aftersales, sales of dealer daily operation
  • Make plan for long and short term objectives
  • Analyze the motor market and sales report to forcast sales for inventory management and set sales & service sales target
  • Make plan for products for stock management
  • Make plan, monitor and implement marketing activities
  • Be responsible for financial statements, business results, P&L management, and KPI
  • Establish and support Owner Group
  • Communicate and report to brand’s owner, National Operation Manager, and General Director
  • HR Management: recruiting, hiring, create a active and good working environment
  • Support subbordiantes  to handle customer complains; achieve high level of customer satisfaction
  • Fixed assest management: facilities in good condition, workshop, showroom, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Master Degree in a relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years working in the industry with a smilar role
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese automotive market
  • Knowledge of financial documents
  • Knowledge and Practice of Microsolf Office is quired
  • A2 License (preferred)
  • Excellent English of both writing and speaking
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation
