Job Description

  1. Branch Manager
  • Operational management such as managing daily sales activities, showroom, aftersales service, staffs and hiring employees. Conduct a friendly working environment.
  • Business development with short term and long term objectives.
  • Forececast the market to make plan and set sales and aftersales target. Achieve the proposed target and be responsible for the business’ profit and loss  
  • Establish and support the company and the brand
  • Manage the stock effectively
  • Make plan and track marketing activities
  • Track and analyse the motor market
  • Keep track on the dealership’s KPI, forecast financial statement and conserve the facilities
  • Make product planning and report to National Operation Manager & General Director
  • Handle unable sovled complaints from customers

 

  1. Sales Manager
  • Conduct performing policies and working procedures for sales department
  • Take responsiblity of staff working schedule, stock control and payroll. Balance work load of staffs.
  • Responsible for sales department profit, expense goals and expense budget
  • Keep tracking on sales log/vehicle history/customer relationship management system
  • Conduct and responsible for sales management and sales performance reports
  • Raise dealership reputation and look for new business opportunities to contribute to the business
  • Inventory management: owned, new and pre-owned products
  • Coordinate and support General Manager to develop and set monthly and annual goals.
  • Forcast sales, stock management and delivery new and old vehicles
  • HR management: recruiting, interviewing, hiring and terminating staffs.
  • Records and analyse staffs’ performance in order to evaluate and award to well performing staffs.
  • Give reference for appropriate staffs
  • Understand customer’s interest to offer a right models and conduct customer relationships.
  • Close deal with customers with the best suitable price with a contract including provisions, warranties, aftersales service and financing (if needed)
  • Weekly staffs training for sales skills and techniques: sales processes, following up sold, service customers, unsold cases, inviting potential customers to showroom for test rides.
  • Responsible to sales staffs training and development. Train sales staffs for product specification/advantages in order to close deal with customers
  • Allocate weekly/monthly/anuual sales targets for sales department and each sales personnel according to each sales staff level. Keep track and motivate/support sales personnels to achieve the targets
  • Supervise employee performance and conduct the performance report
  • Join test drive and sales event organization
  • Other assigned tasked

Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in vehicle industry. Demonstrate sales experience and achievement in the industry
  • University Qualification in business or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Understand dealership operation and motorcycle product
  • Fast learning. Understanding about motorcycle products is a plus
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese automotive market. Being a member of a biker community is a plus.
  • Great time management and ability to meet sales target
  • Knowledge of project management and financial documents
  • Excellent at MS Office (Words, Excels, PowerPoints)
  • Fluent spoken and written in English
  • Excellent communication, presentation, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A2 license
