Job Description

  • Sales team management - training the team, monitoring, motivating, setting sales targets, problem solving; developing effective incentive scheme.
  • Responsible for profitability of Aftersales
  • Developing marketing strategy and operational management to maximize profitability and enhance market share.
  • Looking for locations for new showrooms and developing the branches
  • Developing positioning of products/models, to enhance brand awareness and company image.
  • Cooperating with advertising agencies; negotiating with director regarding extent of joint participation/funding.
  • Organizing and launching events.
  • Cooperate with key wholesale corporate customers and Principal on regular basis.
  • Guarantee the quality of procedures and other (invoicing, price list, warranty etc.)
  • Forecasting the ordering, pricing/costing of products and keeping updating
  • Define the specification and standardization of the models
  • Stock management
  • Implementing friendly working environment
  • Make sure employees complying with company’s policy and procedures
  • Work force management to achieve the Company’s set objectives and targets.
  • Coordinating and supporting internal/external audits.
  • Other assigned tasks by the Chief Executive Officer

Job Requirements

  • MBA Degree in Business fields or relevant equivalent
  • 12+ years working in a trading organization, preferably automotive industry experience
  • Knowledge of Operation and Finance to control organization’s budget
  • Local procedures and regulation is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to solve complex unstructured business via analysis
  • Ability of driving cross-functional teams and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
